We began Delrae’s transformation with a Smile Test Drive—a temporary mock-up crafted from bright white material. This allowed her to preview her new smile before committing to treatment. She was able to take the mock-up home, share it with friends and family, and give feedback. In Delrae’s case, she loved the initial design and gave us the green light to move forward as-is.

Advanced Materials for Long-Lasting Beauty

Using EMAX crowns custom-milled by Frontier Dental Lab in California, we performed a full-mouth restoration, placing 28 full-coverage crowns to restore her smile to a brilliant finish. Delrae selected shade BL3MT, a bright bleach tone with medium translucency that looks natural while maintaining a radiant finish.

Some of her existing crowns have worn down and become discolored, but the new materials and shade choices will maintain consistency for years. We also performed gingival contouring to remove decay and enhance overall aesthetics.
