Join the Perry Family Dentistry Team

We're hiring in Mount Vernon, WA — and we'd love to meet you.

Perry Family Dentistry is a close-knit team of dental pros who genuinely enjoy coming to work. We care a lot about our patients and even more about each other. If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in doing great work, wants to keep learning, and wants to be part of something that actually matters to people — read on.

What It's Like to Work Here

We're not just colleagues — we're a team that has each other's backs.

A Real Team

Dr. Perry built this practice around people. Everyone here has a voice. You won't feel like a cog in a machine — you'll feel like someone who actually matters.

Room to Grow

We invest in continuing education for the whole team. Whether you're a new grad or a seasoned pro, there's always something new to learn here — and we'll back you up while you do it.

Patients Who Notice

Our patients are loyal. Many have been with us for years. They remember names, bring in baked goods, and write genuine reviews. That kind of connection makes the work feel worth it.

Predictable Hours

We're open Monday through Thursday, 7am to 4pm. No weekends. No late nights. Your time outside of work is yours.
