Crystal came to our Mount Vernon cosmetic dental office seeking a solution for her dental concerns. Due to medications she took during her pregnancies, she experienced significant tooth decay, leading her to seek cosmetic dental work in the past. Unfortunately, her previous treatments did not meet her expectations, leaving her dissatisfied with her smile. Initially, Crystal believed dentures were her only viable option, but our team worked closely with her to explore alternative solutions to preserve her natural teeth.
Treatment Plan
Understanding Crystal’s desire for a long-term, functional, and aesthetic solution, Dr. Blake Perry and the team at Perry Family Dentistry developed a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to her needs. Instead of proceeding with full denture extractions, we strategically extracted only a few back teeth and replaced them with Megagen dental implants to restore her chewing ability.
To enhance the aesthetics and functionality of her smile, we completed porcelain veneers on her lower teeth and custom-designed crowns on her upper teeth. Using advanced dental technology, including the CEREC scanner, we took a precise 3D image of her mouth to design and fabricate her restorations. The veneers were meticulously crafted at Ziemek Lab, while her crowns were designed and milled in-house for an efficient and customized result.
