Implants
Perry Family Dentistry differs because we provide all phases of the implant in one place. Our dental practice provides this restorative dental service to patients seeking to replace a missing tooth or teeth. No more being referred to different doctors for new teeth. We give you strong and beautiful new teeth, all in one place!

Dental implants are not teeth by themselves! A dental implant replaces missing teeth with a prosthesis. It consists of a small titanium post or fixture inserted into the jawbone, then topped with a crown (cap), a bridge, a partial denture, or full denture. After the implant integrates with your bone, the artificial tooth/teeth are attached to the implant through an abutment.
There are three components to an “implant tooth”:
The dental implant itself
The abutment
The artificial tooth
Most people who are missing just one tooth, multiple teeth, or all of their teeth can benefit from dental implants. Your dentist will determine if dental implants are right for you.
Humans are “blessed” with two different sets of teeth (our baby teeth and adult/permanent teeth). As the third set of fixed teeth, dental implants can replace a single or multiple missing permanent teeth due to dental decay or gum disease. Implants can last a lifetime and improve your appearance, self-confidence, and your ability to eat what you like and live an active lifestyle. Unlike natural teeth, dental implants are made of titanium, which cannot decay.
